Rentals concentrate in beachfront mid-rise towers, Phoenix, Caribe, Romar House, Turquoise Place, plus a handful of canalfront houses for boaters. Spring break and June to July are peak; September is the local secret.

Pinky promise! *The board had to temporarily close the pier by the boat ramp on Sand Dune Drive. Several of the pilings have begun to give way, and the board believes the pier is unsafe to use, so it is closed. Until repairs begin on the pier, the boat ramp will remain open for use. Once repairs begin, the whole area will be off limits until the repairs are complete. PET FRIENDLY!
