"Nestled in Windy Hill, this sunny one-story cottage will give you comfy coastal vibes to relax, both indoors and outdoors. From the front porch rockers, outdoor shady gazebo, or spacious bedrooms and family room, there are spaces for everyone to gather and enjoy. Your “furry” family member is invited too. Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300/per pet, non-refundable fee. The back yard is friendly on the feet with artificial turf and completely fenced in. Golf cart rentals are allowed, too. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom (King) has a large, private en-suite bathroom.
