The water’s edge is less than 100 feet from the cottage and there are 180-degree water views from the three-season porch. The house is fully furnished, complete with three bedrooms including queen-size beds, bunk beds, one full-size futon, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and an outside shower. To make your stay easier beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, bikes, fishing poles, and water floaties are available. Enjoy swimming and fishing from the shore; during low tide, wander the flats, exploring all the bay has to offer up close. If you want more adventure, bring your kayak to explore the bay. Tennis, paddle, and basketball courts are within walking distance from the house.
