Panama City Beach, FL · gulf front

Gulf Front Balcony and Interactive Waterpark - Cozy Beach Haven

2-bedroom sleeps 8 private pool

Splash 2002E is a two bedroom, two bath, beach residence that sleeps up to 8. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while watching the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like they are close enough to touch. Since we spend time here ourselves, we make sure that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We want to create a feel of home at the beach for us as well as for our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment: Here are some more interesting features of our beach home:.

At $116 a night it sits below the typical $185 a night across the 1098 Panama City Beach rentals we list with a price; 154 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 8, that is about $14 per guest a night, or about $811 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

It sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms, so expect some sleeping space beyond the bedrooms, such as sofa beds or bunks.

Peak season in Panama City Beach is June to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
