Work will be done on the concrete exterior of the buildings, you can expect hammering, chipping, grinding, and other work. Balconies will be closed during active construction and balcony furniture will be placed inside the unit during those periods. Construction noise will be ongoing throughout the project that may make balconies uncomfortable even when they are open for use.
