Beachfront, Modern Kitchen and Balconies - Charming Coastal Retreat

GET SANDY @ Gulf House 206!! This 2/2 corner unit sleeps 6 comfortably, has two balconies and is BEACH FRONT in Gulf Shores. Treat yourself to a little luxury in this fully renovated coastal condo! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex. THE SPACE: Welcome to our condo! The modern kitchen has updated cabinetry, counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils! We provide both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. There is seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining room table. The living room has a sofa, recliner, and a large flat screen TV.

At $145 a night it sits below the typical $178 a night across the 914 Gulf Shores & Orange Beach rentals we list with a price; 220 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 6, that is about $24 per guest a night, or about $1,013 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

It sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, so expect some sleeping space beyond the bedrooms, such as sofa beds or bunks.

Peak season in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach is June to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
