Elegant Pool and Double Balconies - Stunning Coastal Retreat

7-bedroom sleeps 18 private pool

An elevated take on the traditional beach house, Promenade is designed so its outdoor spaces feel every bit as spectacular as the rooms inside. A water-facing patio, double balconies, and a crow's nest look out over the sea and the pool below, pulling the days toward sun and salt water. The pool itself is built for laps, ringed by scallop-trimmed umbrellas, a hammock, and a daybed that turn the wind-down after a long active day into easy shade and slow afternoons. Inside, the arrival makes an impression: an opulent foyer with marble floors, a grand staircase, and a crystal chandelier overhead.

At $961 a night it sits above the typical $232 a night across the 841 Destin rentals we list with a price; 832 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 18, that is about $53 per guest a night, or about $6,726 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

It sleeps 18 in 7 bedrooms, so expect some sleeping space beyond the bedrooms, such as sofa beds or bunks.

Peak season in Destin is June to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
