Beachfront 2BR. Gulf Views. $770/day free stuff

Updated and upgraded Luxury Beach Townhome. We raised the ceiling on this one. No, we actually did. We raised the kitchen and dining room celiings. We added a LOT of lighting. Views are SPECTACULAR! Private beach and complimentary beach service between March and October. Upgraded 800TC linens. Soaps, towels everything has been upgraded. We even provided a lot of extras. This property is perfect.

At $268 a night it sits close to the typical $236 a night across the 805 Destin rentals we list with a price; 501 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 6, that is about $45 per guest a night, or about $1,877 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

It sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, so expect some sleeping space beyond the bedrooms, such as sofa beds or bunks.

Peak season in Destin is June to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
