The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook. The beach cottage is layed out in a ""C"" configuration with each of two mirror-image bedrooms having queen-sized, incredibly comfortable beds, on either end.
