Wraparound Balcony and Beach Service - Stunning Coastal Sanctuary

Welcome to the newly remodeled Seychelles 901 Our condo is a three-bedroom two bath beach residence great for a large party because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the wraparound balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf while we’re enjoying our coffee and the morning sunshine. We’ve made sure that our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. It has a really nice look that creates the feel of home at the beach. Beach service also included during season!! We also wanted to make this a home away from home for us and for our guests.

At $208 a night it sits close to the typical $188 a night across the 1247 30A rentals we list with a price; 745 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 6, that is about $35 per guest a night, or about $1,454 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

Peak season in 30A is May to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
