Gulf View and Spacious Living - Gorgeous Beachfront Oasis

3-bedroom sleeps 9 private pool

"Welcome to “Somewhere in the Sun” a beachfront condo Unit 2004 at Sunrise Beach! This gorgeous Panama City Beach vacation rental condo offers incredible views of the beach and sleeps up to 9 comfortably. And the good news is that the owners have made a number of upgrades which makes this condo even more special including nearly all new furniture and new paint! The condo features two nicely sized bedrooms, a unique bunkroom with a door that offers privacy, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a gulf view with a balcony access. Another rare aspect of this condo is a large laundry room located just off the kitchen.

At $119 a night it sits below the typical $188 a night across the 1247 30A rentals we list with a price; 172 of them cost less.

Split across a full house of 9, that is about $13 per guest a night, or about $834 for a seven-night stay before taxes and fees.

It sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms, so expect some sleeping space beyond the bedrooms, such as sofa beds or bunks.

Peak season in 30A is May to August, when demand and rates are usually at their highest; dates outside it are the easier way to save.
