"Welcome to Sunrise Beach 1701 Our condo is a beautiful beachfront end unit with breathtaking views of the beach and gulf! This is a FULL three-bedroom/three bath END unit with an extra-large wrap-around balcony on the 17th floor of Sunrise Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.
